In conjunction with the Turkish occupation state's exposure to successive crises internally and externally at the beginning of 2013, the Turkish occupation state held several meetings with the leader Abdullah Ocalan after a long time of isolation imposed on him in his prison on Imrali Island in the Sea of Marmara.

The eyes of all international and local parties were directed towards the messages issued by Imrali, at a time when the leader Ocalan was holding multiple meetings with the body that represents the state, and the Imrali body consisting of officials of the Peoples' Democratic Party and the Democratic Society Conference.

All messages from Imrali were calling for a solution to the Kurdish issue and the democratization of Turkey.  The leader wanted to make those meetings a starting point for that.

 The first Paris massacre

On January 3, 2013, a civilian delegation visited the leader Ocalan for the first time in Imrali prison, and only 6 days passed, until the Turkish occupation state revealed its brutal face again by committing the Paris massacre in the heart of the French capital, Paris, on the 9th of the same month.

Turkish intelligence, the leader and one of the founders of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), Sakina Cansz, the representative of the Kurdistan National Congress in Paris, Fidan Dogan, and a member of the Shabiba Movement, Leyla Shaylmes, assassinated them by shooting them in the head.

The leader called Ocalan to reveal the details of the massacre and addressed harsh words to the Turkish state and its intelligence, while the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) and the Kurdistan Women's Freedom Party (PAJK) considered Erdogan and the Turkish intelligence responsible for the massacre.

At the time, the French authorities announced the arrest of Omar Gunay, the perpetrator of the operation, but did not reveal which parties were behind the massacre and its target.

Several days after the case was opened, Omar Gunay was said to have died in a prison in the French capital, Paris, as France and Turkey tried to turn the page on the massacre, claiming Omar Gunay's death.  What met Kurdish popular discontent around the world, as they demanded revenge and justice.

In the face of the plans of the Turkish intelligence, the People's Defense Forces launched the "Operation of Revenge for the Martyr Sakina Cansz", during which the Special Units of the People's Defense Forces arrested two Turkish intelligence officials in the city of Sulaymaniyah in Southern Kurdistan during a special operation in August 2017.

According to the officials' confessions, the murderer, Omar Gunay, the perpetrator of the first Paris massacre, planned the operation with 3 other Turkish agents, and the French police proved this.

It was also mentioned that 4 Turkish intelligence officials issued the order to carry out the crime, and the two officials indicated that Erdogan issued orders to Turkish intelligence officials to commit the Paris massacre and asked them to liquidate high-ranking leaders of the Kurdistan Workers Party.

Although the Kurdistan Liberation Movement seeks peace... the Turkish state prefers violence

Although the Kurdistan Liberation Movement has sought several times to make peace with the Turkish state and seek to resolve the Kurdish issue, the most important of which was in the period between 2013 and 2015 when leader Ocalan announced the beginning of the peace phase with the Turkish state, but the Turkish occupation state insisted on annihilating the Kurds  wherever they are found.

July 2015, the Turkish state launched an offensive.  More than 15 cities were targeted in Bakur (Northern Kurdistan), these cities had the greatest credit for defeating ISIS in the historic battle in Kobani, as these cities rose up in northern Kurdistan until their young men fought in Kobani against ISIS, which angered the Turkish occupation state;  As a result of the failure of its plan in Syria under the guise of ISIS, the occupying state destroyed these cities to a large extent in the second fiercest battle against Kurdish civilians, after burning 4,000 villages in the nineties of the last century, and displacing hundreds of thousands of Kurdish residents from their homes.

The use of chemical weapons, the assassination of national figures, and the provocation of racism against the Kurds

Since April 17 of last year, Turkey, which receives endless support from NATO, has not stopped bombing the mountains of Kurdistan with chemical weapons and other internationally banned weapons, amid the legendary resistance of the Guerrilla fighters there.

In Rojava, Turkish artillery and planes have not stopped bombing populated areas for 7 years. The year 2022 witnessed the peak of brutal Turkish attacks against the region. There are no accurate statistics about the number of civilian casualties as a result of Turkish attacks during the past year, but dozens lost their lives.  ;  As a result of the constant attacks.

Within 3 days, the Turkish occupation state targeted with more than 3,200 shells through warplanes and artillery;  Vital installations, public utilities, and infrastructure in addition to populated areas in Rojava between 20 and 23 November, 16 civilians lost their lives during these attacks.

As the Turkish occupation army used;  The internationally banned white phosphorous in the bombing of the village of Tata Marash in the Sherawa district of the occupied province.

In a joint plan between Ankara and Damascus, the Damascus government is imposed under the harsh winter conditions.  Around half a million people were besieged in al-Shahba, Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods as part of the war of extermination against the Kurdish people.

As for Başûr (southern Kurdistan), the Turkish warplanes did not stop killing civilians.  The Dohuk massacre on July 20 was a testament to the extent of the Turkish occupation state's brutality against the Kurds, when 9 civilians lost their lives, including a child under the age of one, and 23 others were wounded in an aerial bombardment carried out by Turkish planes, which hit a tourist resort in the Zakho district of Dohuk Governorate.

The national and political figures in southern Kurdistan, which turned into an arena for the Turkish military and intelligence bases, were not spared the assassinations carried out by the Turkish state, such as targeting the Kurdish politician and one of the pillars of the Autonomous Administration in northern and eastern Syria, Farhad Shibli, with a drone near Sulaymaniyah, and the national figure, Muhammad Zaki Chalabi.  Who was assassinated by Turkish intelligence in front of his restaurant in the city of Sulaymaniyah.

An armed attack by Turkish intelligence also led to the martyrdom of the academic and activist Nakhan Akarsal, who devoted her life to the struggle of women under the slogan "Jin, Jiyan, Azadî Women, Life, Freedom", near her home in Bakhtiari neighborhood in the city of Sulaymaniyah on October 4, 2022.

As for northern Kurdistan, along with the political annihilation of Kurdish parties and activities;  Scenes of racist attacks against the Kurds have become frequent, in light of the Turkish officials charging the Turkish public opinion with racist and hate speeches against the Kurds, as this resulted in the Konya massacre, in which 7 members of one family were killed, in addition to the killing of the Kurdish activist, Deniz Poyraz, in the heart of the city of Izmir at the hands of  Turkish racists, in addition to the stabbing of the young man, Barish Chakan, on the pretext that he listened to Kurdish songs, and other killings that affected and affect the Kurds daily.

10 years after the first Paris massacre, the Turkish occupation state concluded in 2022 with another massacre, targeting the free will of women by assassinating Emine Kara, a leader in the women's movement, the Kurdish refugee artist, Mir Parwer, and the patriot Abd al-Rahman Kazel, and injuring others.

the second Paris massacre;  It revealed the extent of the danger that threatens the Kurdish presence in all parts of the world in light of the intelligence ramifications of Turkey and the NATO countries, the racist discourse and hatred adopted by the Turkish occupation state against the Kurds, and despite the crowding of the French capital with millions of people, the Kurdish leaders were targeted in the heart of Paris, where  The position of the French authorities on these operations raises many question marks.
