“Jazira Thunderbolt” One ISIS mercenary arrested, confiscation weapon

The Syrian Democratic Forces arrested one mercenary during the fourth day of Operation Jazira Thunderbolt, in the village of Samihan in Tal Brak district, and confiscated a weapon that was hidden under the ground.

Operation "Jazira Thunderbolt " continues for the fourth day in the villages of the countryside of Tal Brak district of Qamishlo canton, with the participation of fighters of the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Internal Security Forces.

Since the morning hours, the villages were cordoned off and the people were notified not to leave their homes, and then the search process began.

ANHA’s correspondents followed the inspection campaign in the village of Samihan, moment by moment, and confirmed that during the campaign, the Syrian Democratic Forces arrested a member of the sleeper cells of ISIS mercenaries, and also confiscated a Kalashnikov weapon and two stores that were hidden under the ground, in addition to a night vision binocular.

While the search and inspection campaign is still continuing until the time of preparing this news.
