Ramzi Kartal calls on Kurds to pressure France to reveal culprits of II Paris Massacre

Reactions and evaluations continue regarding the second Paris massacre, which was committed on the 23rd of December in the French capital, Paris, and resulted in the martyrdom of 3 Kurdish patriots.

In this context, the co-chair of the People's Congress, Ramzi Kartal, reminded of the previous massacres committed by the Turkish occupation state against the Kurds, and said, "This is not the first time that pioneers in the women's movement have been targeted. On January 9, 2013, 3 pioneers were also targeted in Paris, For the second time, the women's movement is being targeted in the person of Major Evin."

All-out attacks

Kartal pointed to the comprehensive plan that the Turkish occupation state is implementing against the Kurds, "to know the truth about the fascist Turkish state; it must be realized that it is launching its attacks according to a tight plan, targeting all groups of the Kurdish people in order to break their will. Militarily, it has been launching violent attacks on the People's Defense Forces for months, despite its use of all kinds of advanced, modern, chemical and tactical weapons, it was unable to achieve any significant results, and politically, the resistance of leader Abdullah Ocalan and the people of Kurdistan thwarted its political plan as well.

He added, "The Turkish regime sought to launch a massive attack on Rojava, but its plan has failed so far, as a result of the revolutionary resistance that the people of Rojava are waging, according to the methodology and foundations of the people's revolutionary war."

Kartal revealed, "The Turkish occupation state has drawn up a plan to launch attacks on the institutions of the Kurdish people in Europe to cover up its internal political and economic failure, and this plan will also be thwarted with the will, persistence and determination of our resisting people."

Kartal stated that "the targeting of the Kurdish community in France is evidence that the Turkish deep state has established a center for Gladio in France, and has contact with European powers. In 2013, a massacre was committed against the three Kurdish activists: (Sakîne Cansiz, Leyla Şaylemez, Fîdan Dogan), and more recently it committed a massacre against activists and Kurdish artists in the French capital, Paris.

Kartal pointed out, "A new development has recently emerged at the level of the French government, which is a semi-supportive position for the Kurdish people, as the French presidency recently made a statement, condemning the attacks against the Kurds in Southern Kurdistan and Rojava, and the need to look at these positions positively."

Attack against all Kurds

Ramzi Kartal confirmed, "The attack that was launched in Paris on December 23, 2022, as a result of which a member of the Leadership Council of the Kurdistan Communities Union (KCK), Evin (Amina Kara), and two other citizens, were martyred, is an attack against the public Kurdish people," and called on the French government to reveal the truth about the massacre that was committed."

Kartal called on all Kurdish people to escalate the struggle in Europe. To put pressure on the French government to reveal the truth about who is behind the second Paris massacre, and he said, "The killer who carried out the massacre was arrested and released 10 days before the massacre was committed, and this is evidence that the plan was prepared in advance, and clarifying the circumstances of the massacre is the responsibility of the government and French justice. And this, as I said, the demand of the general Kurdish people and their friends.

The co-chair of the People's Congress stressed the need to escalate the struggle in order to confront the genocide plan that targets them, and concluded by saying, "We are now approaching the centenary of Lausanne, and this stage is sensitive and fateful for all the Kurdish people, and it requires them to escalate the struggle to obtain their legitimate rights, defeat the Turkish plan intended to annihilate them, and escalation the struggle is capable of changing European politics towards the Kurds, and influencing the Paris court to reveal the truth about the two massacres that were committed against the leaders and pioneers of the Kurdish people.
