More than 300 international organizations and personalities await the response of UN Secretary-General

More than 300 countries from 29 countries around the world are awaiting the response of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres, to a petition they submitted to stop the Turkish attacks on northern and eastern Syria.

About a week ago, the Center for Combined Diplomacy in North and East Syria sent a petition signed by more than 300 organizations and legal persons from 29 countries around the world, to demand the position of the Turkish occupation state's attacks on the region, to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres.

The center has not yet received any response from the UN official, which was confirmed by the co-chair of the Center for Combined Diplomacy in North and East Syria, Norshan Hussein.

Norshan criticized the United Nations position regarding the crimes and violations committed against the peoples of northern and eastern Syria, saying: "Until now, the United Nations has not responded to any request, report, or petition sent to it to stop the Turkish aggression and attacks on northern and eastern Syria, but we know that the signature collection petition has arrived." They will be discussed, and it is possible that steps will be taken in this regard in the coming time.

Stressing that they had received the appropriate response from the international opinion of civil society, through the joining and signing of many international organizations on the campaign petition to stop the aggression and Turkish attacks on northern and eastern Syria.
