Commander on Zarkan fronts: Turkish occupation has not achieved its goals in recent attacks

 Zarkan district of al-Hasakah canton witnesses daily bombardment and attacks by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries, targeting the infrastructure, citizens' homes, and public and private facilities.

 The commander of the Darbasiyah Military Council, Aref Kobani, assessed the situation in Zarkan district from the military point of view, and said, "The goals of the Turkish occupation are clear to everyone, which is the displacement of the region's residents. The attacks targeting Zarkan district do not only target our forces' points, but also the citizens' homes and facilities."

 Protecting citizens is our priority

 Kobani continued: "Since November 19, the Turkish occupation has escalated its attacks against northern and eastern Syria, including Zarkan district, targeting it with aircraft and heavy weapons. It also tried several times to infiltrate our points, but failed. We were able to deter it and inflict losses on it in numbers and equipment."

 He added, "Our forces protect the citizens and take the necessary measures. Whatever weapons they use, we will remain an impenetrable bulwark in front of the enemy."

 The Turkish occupation will not achieve its goals.

 Kobani affirmed, "The Turkish occupation did not achieve its goals in the recent attacks on our regions. We will not allow it to encroach on our land and our people, within the framework of our right to legitimate defense."

 The commander concluded his speech by saying, "We pledged to our people to follow the path of our martyr comrades, who sacrificed themselves for the sake of this land. We wish from our people; not to be dragged into the private war of the Turkish occupation," calling on him to "not rely on anyone, but to join forces with his forces."  Military, it is the way to achieve victories and protect this land.
