Researcher warns the world of Turkish plans to establish foothold of ISIS- al-Qaeda

The Syrian Democratic Forces confirmed in a statement that the goal of the Turkish occupation state of these targets is "to enable the mercenaries of the terrorist organization ISIS and their families to flee from the camp, as well as to revive the terrorist organization," adding that "this scheme poses a great danger to North and East Syria and the whole world."

ISIS is the biggest beneficiary of Turkey's attacks

In the context of this, the researcher on extremist Islamic groups, writer Hisham al-Najjar, considered that the Turkish occupation has special priorities from targeting the areas of the presence of ISIS and its families, explaining to ANHA’s agency "There are priorities and objectives of Turkey that are very contrary to the priorities and interests of the countries of the region. It is not Turkey's priority to fight ISIS but to fight Kurds, against the backdrop of national and ethnic issues and internal political and electoral calculations."

Al-Najjar warned that this would create "great opportunities, albeit indirectly for sectarian Takfiri militias such as ISIS, the entity benefiting from Turkey's fight against Kurdish and from the Turkish regime's insistence on military operations in the north of Syria that would confuse papers and overturn existing balances. and to create a foothold for ISIS and allow it to re-build its alleged Calipha by recruiting elements, acquiring sophisticated weapons and implementing its plan to forcibly remove its leaders and elements from prisons.”

Plans to reorganize Islamic movements

Regarding the impact of the military escalation of the Turkish occupying state on Syria and the Middle East in general, especially after the SDF announced the suspension of its military operations against ISIS following the escalation of Turkish attacks, al-Najjar said: "The impact is significant because there are already plans being implemented to restore the presence and previous influence of the region's two largest terrorist organizations through a movement, organization and logistical route from Syria to Iraq and Turkey al-Qaeda and ISIS undoubtedly benefit from perpetuating the Islamic separatist reality in the north of Syria, This separatist enclave is being planned to become a jihadist state under allegations of the relocation of Syrian refugees from Turkey to Syria and the fight against Kurds and Turkey's direct military interventions undoubtedly favour armed jihadists in exchange for weakening the Kurd.”

Observers and experts have warned that the first beneficiary of Turkey's military escalation in North and East Syria is ISIS mercenaries, which heralds a full-scale war.

Al-Najjar agrees with these warnings, saying, "ISIS has been able to grow, expand and extend since its inception only through outsourcing and because of the intersection of its interests with the interests of forces on the scene, pouring all its practices from opening the frontiers to jihadists, providing training camps and commercial cooperation with sectarian militias in the interest of the Takfiri group, whose alleged Calipha plan will benefit greatly from direct military interventions and creating a separatist enclave.

The return of ISIS is dangerous for the whole world

Regarding the danger of the return of ISIS in light of the chaos created by the Turkish occupation state and its destabilization of North and East Syria, the researcher in the affairs of extremist Islamic groups, writer Hisham al-Najjar, said, "This return represents a danger to the whole world and not only to the region, as ISIS is a global organization that transcends national borders, And if it regains its strength and influence and extends its control over a part of the land anywhere in the world, this means that it has the ability to receive fighters loyal to it and influenced by its idea from all countries of the world, in addition to being able to establish training camps and own the space, tools, money and weapons that enable it to plan. carrying out terrorist operations anywhere in the world.
