​​​​​​​Karayilan: We to avenge martyrs, Turkish occupation will never be able to achieve its goals

 The commander of the People's Defense Center Command, Murat Karayilan, indicated that the Turkish state cannot achieve results and said: "What they do not take into account is the guerrilla operations that thwart the enemy's plans with smart and creative tactics. The escalation of the unparalleled resistance  with great courage based on adopting the ideology and philosophy of the leader Apo, and therefore they will not be able to achieve their goals with violence.”

 The commander of the People's Defense Center (NPG) Murat Karayilan assessed the fact that the Turkish occupation army used chemical weapons and banned bombs against Guerilla against the freedom of Kurdistan. Why the regime of private war hides this, the necessity of responding to these attacks and the responsibility of public opinion, to Firat News Agency ANF.

 The following is the text of the interview:

 * Your leadership revealed, during the past few days, the record of 17 fighters who were martyred in the chemical attacks launched by the Turkish occupation army. In addition, video clips of the fighter Baz Mordem (Muhammad Jan Afrin) and the fighter Helbast Kogrin (Kawthar Atta) were published after they were exposed to a chemical attack, first of all what do you say about this?

At the outset, we must know that the historical heroic resistance waged by the guerrillas in Zab, Avashin and Mtina, which has a very important place in the struggle for the freedom of our people, has completed today six and a half months. There are many aspects of this resistance that must be evaluated, we can assess this on different bases, but our heroic martyrs have the greatest role in escalating this resistance at this level. All the martyrs of this heroic resistance, especially our comrades who were martyred with chemical weapons, and we renew our pledge to them, as we owe them, they rendered a great service to the people of Kurdistan and the democratic forces in the region with their heroism and resistance. In the name of the people they resisted a great wave of fascism with great resistance and rose to the rank of martyrdom.

 * Those scenes provoked the anger of society, and there was a reaction between public opinion and the democratic parties. The opposite party showed a position that rejects the viewer, and abandons its definition, as well as opposing its discussion. How do you evaluate the matter?

 Our honorable people and friends, all impartial, conscientious and pro-human rights circles, must be confident that the Turkish Armed Forces are using banned bombs and chemical weapons in Southern Kurdistan. There is no mistake or even exaggeration in our statements about the use of chemical weapons and prohibited bombs. These things  all of which have been clarified for sure, everyone can be sure that this information is clear in this framework.

In fact, with the Gara attack in February 2021, we have always expressed this aspect of the war, but it has not been paid much attention. Over the past two years, the Turkish state has been devastated by the situation.  Just last year, Hulusi Akar said: "We don't use chemical weapons, we just use pepper gas." He had said that, but pepper gas is also a chemical. The Turkish state signed the Chemical Weapons Convention. However, it not only used pepper gas, but also used many deadly substances. in addition, it didn't want to put it on the agenda, that's why it never discussed it.

 If they have confidence in themselves, let independent delegations conduct investigations

 The last time the most factual documents were presented, on the same day, they said "These are PKK claims, it's misinformation" and they refused, saying things like " we don't have such weapons in our stockpile", but because all  something in front of their eyes, they rejected it with a psychological feeling of guilt and great anxiety, because, basically, they were exposed in flagrante delicto, for this reason they refused with dismay and reaction. I repeat my appeal to many respected politicians and figures in human rights organizations on this subject: If your army is clean  , these allegations are false, why don't you give the opportunity for independent delegations to investigate."

 But we know that the Turkish state denies everything when it comes to war crimes against the people of Kurdistan. Recently, they committed a massacre in the village of Barkh in Heftanin of Zakho, Iraqi army officials came and said through documents that the Turkish army used these weapons, but they still deny that  officially, they said “these are PKK claims”, we know that they sent some Kurdish messengers to the Iraqi government to cover up the incident, through many such incidents, we know how they lie, if they are not lying, then why ban the independent committees. The joint presidency of the Executive Council of the Kurdistan Community unions (KCK) announced that it will help them in all possible ways, for the security of the delegations and to be able to work well, and if necessary, it will harness all its capabilities to them.
