161 Iraqi refugee families left Al-Hol camp in Hasaka Canton, and entered the Iraqi border to a camp south of Iraqi city of Mosul.

Within the framework of continuous coordination between the administration of Al-Hol camp, Security Committee and Migration and Displacement Committee in the Iraqi Parliament, yesterday, a number of Iraqi families residing in Al-Hol camp, east of Hasaka Canton, left by cars accompanied by heavy security guards, from the camp heading to Iraqi territory.

According to security authorities in Al-Hol camp, the number of families that left amounted to 161 families, comprising 695 people, who hold Iraqi identity cards, including "women, children, men and young men."

Al-Hol camp have 54,390 people; Including 27,816 Iraqis, 18,483 Syrians, and 8,091 families of ISIS mercenaries, according to the latest statistics obtained by ANHA agency in August 2022.
