Brother of Ocalan, families of Imrali detainees apply for acces

The brother of leader Abdullah Ocalan, his lawyer, and the brothers of the Imrali detainees submitted today a request to the Republican Public Prosecutor's Office in the Turkish city of Bursa to meet with their families.

Mehmet Ocalan, brother of the leader Abdullah Ocalan and his lawyer Mazloum Deng, Ali Konar, brother of the detainee Khairi Konar, Polat Yildirim, brother of the detainee Hamili Yildirim, and Meliha Cetin, the sister of the detainee Wisi Aktas, submitted a request to the Republican Public Prosecutor’s Office in the Turkish city of Bursa and the Imrali prison administration in order to meet with their families .

It is noteworthy that the authorities of the Turkish occupation state impose strict isolation on the Imrali detainees ( Abdullah Ocalan, Khairy Konar, Hamili Yildirim, and Yasi Aktas) by refusing to meet them with lawyers and their families.

The last contact of the leader, Ocalan with his family, was on March 25, 2021, through a phone call with his brother that lasted only 5 minutes, then the connection was cut off.
