 Egypt expressed its position on the government of Abdel Hamid al-Dabaiba, as its delegation withdrew from the meeting of the Council of Arab Foreign Ministers in protest of the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Dabaiba government taking over the presidency of the new session of the Council, succeeding Lebanon.  What happened is an Egyptian action against Turkey.
