Confessions of first responsible for ISIS cells in Al-Hol camp

The second phase of the campaign continues in al-Hol camp, and the special operations that were carried out on September 7th resulted in the arrest of the first responsible for ISIS sleeper cells in al-Hol camp.

Her confessions revealed the great danger of the al-Hol camp even more. This ISIS has been implementing since 2019;  Killings inside al-Hol camp and burying the corpses in sewage canals.  It also formed a group of mercenaries under the name "Ansar al-Afifat Brigade" to carry out the killings.

And our ISIS agency met the woman responsible for ISIS cells in Al-Hol camp.

 Who is this ISIS Woman?

 The ISIS woman, Rowaida Hamoud Salem, was born in Iraq in 1989. Her father was kidnapped by ISIS when they attacked Mosul in 2014. Her husband joined ISIS and then crossed together to Syria.  She has two sons while her mercenary husband disappeared in Baghouz.

 Sleeper cells carry out killings in the camp against members of the security forces and residents.  These cells formed two groups to carry out these killings;  An intelligence group and a group to carry out the killings.  Rowaida Hamoud Salem is the head of the killing brigade and the first responsible for ISIS sleeper cells in the camp.  She called herself several names inside the camp;  Umm Omar, Umm Tijan, Umm Juma'a, Umm Amara and Umm Junaid.  According to the evidence in the possession of the Internal Security Forces.

 They killed a woman with a hammer

She joined ISIS cells in the camp at the end of 2019. Inside the camp, she met a female ISIS member named Umm Ibrahim.  This member was linked to Daesh cells abroad.  After that, she joined ISIS cells and lived in the same tent with the other ISIS women.  They were collecting information about opponents of the extremist ideology of ISIS.

 After that, I slowly began carrying out the killings of these people;  She commented on this, "On the matter of the killing, we must not know each other. We are the participants in the operation. We do not trust anyone. Our movements were very limited. I and Um Ibrahim kidnapped a woman named Amida, Umm Muhammad from the second sector, and killed her in the first sector of the street. Um Ibrahim, Umm Ubaidah and two others participated in the operation. I killed that woman with a hammer and I had no weapon. After we killed her, we all hit her head with the hammer. Then Um Ibrahim and the other two men put her in a car and threw  them in the sewage system."

After this killing, the trust in the ISIS sleeper cells in the leader was gradually strengthened, and dozens of killings were committed by a silencer that was smuggled to her from outside by mercenary called Jarrah.  Jarrah had previously lived in the camp and then moved out.  He also has several names such as;  Jarrah, Ezz El-Din, Abu Ali, and Abu Ammar.  He provides all the needs of the sleeper cells and the leader slowly. He give orders of killings and it is assumed that Jarrah is one of the leaders of ISIS.

 Smuggling weapons and dumping corpses in sewage system

Rowaida also committed the second murder in the street. They want to spread terror in the hearts of the camp residents, using weapons.  She commented on this saying, "Jarrah was the one who brought me the weapon, a surgeon was previously inside the camp but now he is outside. I did not see him. I got to know him through Abu Farouk and Umm Farouk. The second killing was targeting Abu Fatima, who lives in the seventh sector.  We received orders to kill him from outside.

Armed men crossed into the camp in order to specifically kill Abu Fatima. During the planning of the killing, Abu Abdullah was supposed to participate, but he was arrested by the Internal Security Forces before the operation was carried out, so Abu Farouk took his place.  Um Ubaidah, Um Ibrahim and Abu Farouk, and I crossed into the seventh sector, and killed Abu Fatima with a silencer.  Then they threw his body into the sewers."

 Kidnap them, then kill them

 The resident in the fifth sector was exposed;  Mari was also killed by Rowaida  She received orders to kill her and then killed her in the middle of the street with a silencer pistol.  First she snatched her from the tent and took her to another tent.  There, she interrogated her and sent the information to a surgeon.  The latter ordered her to be killed.  Then she killed her and dumped her body in the sewers.  It also received orders from abroad.  Those who do not comply are directly interrogated and stoned.  According to Rowaida;  The main one who undertakes these operations is the “Hisbah”.  

After this series of killings, Rowaida became responsible for the interrogation tents and the killings.  After that, a group was formed to carry out operations called "Ansar al-Afifat".  This particular group of mercenaries is used in killing operations with silencer weapons.  Rowaida, through the ISIS woman, Umm Farouk, brought weapons and bombs.

 Took a B-7 sleeper cell weapon

 Mercenary Jarrah asked Rowaida to build a place for the cells, which were not many inside the camp.  (The number of which has increased in the camp).  Based on this, she prepared a place for them and said about this, "I was transferring weapons between them. I took a B-7 weapon to the fourth sector, I recently took them an explosive belt, and at the request of Jarrah, I hid three Kalashnikovs inside the camp."

Rowaida provided this information about the smuggling of weapons to the al-Hol camp. "Jarrah used to bring us weapons into the camp. Umm Farouk was informing me over the phone and I received those weapons from her. We set up a place underground to hide all our weapons there to carry out the killings, we used to go either three or  four people. And the people the security forces were looking for we used to make them wear the explosive belts. I also used to wear it. That's how we moved inside the camp. The Internal Security Forces carried out many operations, but we always ran away, and if I was asked, I blew myself up with the explosive belt.  I do not regret carrying out these operations."

 It is noteworthy that Rowaida was arrested on September 7, as part of the second phase of the humanity and security campaign in al-Hol camp, and she has confessed to many of her crimes.
