AANES’ project is housed many sects form various Syrian areas, and seeks to form democratic system in Syria, that would bring Syria out of the quagmire in which it is mired, through dialogue between Syrians without external interference, but the intervention of many countries prevented this. Not to mention the continuous attacks on the Autonomous Administration to strike at the democratic project.

ANHA’s agency held a meeting with the Secretary of the Kurdistan Democratic Parti – Syria (P.D.K.S), Joan Seko, who noted that "the Autonomous Administration was established from the unity of the components of the Syrian people within its administrations, and the blood of its components was mixed to protect its regions from the danger of genocide and massacres."

He praised the democratic project in North and East Syria and considered it a unique model at the level of the Middle East, and said, "For the first time in the history of the Middle East, the components can manage themselves by themselves and defend their territories."

Seko explained, "The Autonomous Administration, with its new democratic system that suits the people of the region, does not serve the projects of the colonial regional countries that were built on the dictatorial authority, especially the Turkish occupation state. For this reason, it escalated its attacks, and we see this clearly after the tripartite summit that brought together Russia, Iran, Turkey and the Sochi meeting."

Regarding the Turkish occupation state’s goal of escalating attacks on North and East Syria, he continued: “Through launching attacks and disregarding the guarantor countries, Turkey is trying to empty the region of its original inhabitants, and bring about demographic change to achieve its ambitions in the region, as the Justice and Development Party (AKP) is trying to restore the Misak-ı Millî and the occupation of the lands of Syria and Iraq.

He went on to say that "the Russian Federation was a guarantor of an agreement with the Syrian Democratic Forces SDF and the Turkish occupation in 2019, as well as the countries of the International Coalition led by the United States of America, but it did not abide by the agreement, and opened the airspace of Turkish occupation UAVs and warplanes to bomb North and East Syria on a daily basis.

He stressed that "the components of the region are united, sacrificed and fought in one trench against the attacks that target their existence, and do not depend on any external force, but rather rely on their forces to preserve the gains they achieved during the revolution, represented by AANES that was formed with the blood of its sons and daughters."

Seko noted that the Democratic Autonomous Administration DAA, since its establishment, has preserved the territorial integrity of Syria. He added: "The Autonomous Administration has protected the borders of neighboring countries and did not shoot a bullet at them.

In conclusion, Seko called to pay attention to the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, at a time when the occupation is escalating its attacks, and said: "Turkish attacks target citizens indiscriminately, to intimidate and displace them and open their borders to them to empty the region, and here we say that the fate of the people of the region is one, so all components must move forward together and preserve the gains of their martyrs.”
