Damascus forces target areas in Jabal Al-Zawiyah south of Idlib

Damascus forces bombed several towns in Jabal Al-Zawiya in the southern countryside of Idlib, while the axis of Al-Ghab Plain witnessed mutual targeting between the first and the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation.

SOHR reported rocket fire by Damascus forces on areas in Bayannin, Fulayfel and the outskirts of Al-Fatirah in Jabal al-Zawiyah in the southern countryside of Idlib in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Meanwhile, Damascus forces and the mercenaries in the area have exchanged heavy machineguns in Al-Masharea’ frontline in Sahl Al-Ghab, north-west of Hama. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

Yesterday, SOHR reported that two Russian fighter jets executed eight airstrikes, targeting the vicinity of Mashon and Belshoun villages in Jabal Al-Zawiyah near “M4” international highway.

This bombardment coincided with the ongoing rockets and artillery shelling carried out by Damascus forces, targeting the vicinity of Majdaliya, Bayanin and its forest and the vicinity of Al-Fatriyah town in Jabal Al-Zawiyah, south of Idlib.
