Villages of the Zarghan district of the Hasaka Canton of the North and East Syria undergo shelling that target infrastructure and claims lives of people and injuring others.  

ANHA documented the damages caused to the school of the village of Tal Werd and the Peoples' House in the Zarghan district, as well the villages of Khirbet Sha'ier, Dad 'Ebdal, Bobi and Asadiye.

On 21 April, Tal Werd school, Khirbet Sha'ier, Dad 'Ebdal, Bobi and Asadiye, All were subject to an intense and violent shelling by the Turkish occupation forces and the affiliated mercenary groups.

 Shelling schools and civil society foundations and associations amount to war crimes according to the Rome Convention of 1949.
