Political parties in Manbij decry Turkish occupation atrocities

The statement was delivered by Democratic Union Party in Manbij, Mahmoud Jammo, in the presence of representatives of political parties, in front of the party building in the city center.

The joint statement of the Democratic Union Party and the Future Syria Party, with its two branches in Aleppo and Idlib, condemned "the attacks of the fascist Turkish state led by Erdogan's Brotherhood government and its supporters on north and east Syria, pointing to many of these crimes it commits in north eastern Syria, foremost of which is the demographic change, without deterrence from anyone of its allies.

It added, "Every day the success of the Autonomous Administration flourishes, and Erdogan's hatred of our people and his aggression against our regions increases, and he wants to undermine the will of the peoples that overcame his agenda of ISIS terrorism that threatened the whole world."

The statement addressed the leadership of the fascist Turkish state, by saying: Your approach begins with killing and destruction, as your ancestors walked before you by liquidating the non-Turkish peoples in Cyprus and Antioch from the Arabs and the Romans and the massacres against the Armenians and the Kurdish people. All this is before the eyes of the international community, human rights and international powers."

It also appealed to all international organizations and guarantor countries to stop the attacks of the occupying Turkish state on north eastern Syria, and said: "With the will of our people from all components, side by side, we will stand with the gains of the Autonomous Administration that achieved with sacrifices and the blood of our martyrs to build the democratic nation and the project of brotherhood of peoples and coexistence."
