​​​​​​​Tal Tamr Military Council: Turkey prepares for a new attack

Since the onset of April Turkish occupation army intensified attacks on North eastern Syria more notably on Ain Issa, Tal Tamr and Zarghan district of the NES as unmanned aircraft of the Turkish occupation army hovers these areas relentlessly targeting randomly the last of these strikes was on the  Kepez Hill in the village of Qirawan on 9 April the current.

Lately Turkish occupation army is on the prowl on all frontlines and it deploys more troops to frontlines and trenches of the mercenary groups in these areas.

Commander in the Tal Tamr Military Council, Ferhad Can Fida, indicated in an interview with ANHA that Turkish occupation forces tries to exploit the Ukraine-Russia war and to carry out new attacks into North and East Syria.    

Ferhad said that ''since the start of April attacks are on the rise by the Turkish occupation forces on all frontlines. Ferhad went on to say targeting commander Orom Maroke member of the General Command of the Syria'c Military Council by a Turkish drone all run into that intensification''.

Ferhad Can shed light on the situation in the Tal Tamr frontline saying the moves by the Turkish occupation army in the region :'' Turkish occupation have set up more than ten military bases  on the frontlines in Tal Tamr district, extending from the village of Manakh to the village of Ameriye. And according to our information, says Ferhad, ''these bases contain heavy weaponry, tanks, armored vehicles and highly advanced technology''.

Ferhad added that by the monitoring of reconnaissance operations , there was observed wide  range moves by the Turkish occupation army and the mercenary groups on the frontlines that indicated a ground offensive is being planned from their bases from which all fire is launched on the region''.

The commander confirmed that their military formations on the frontlines are ready to repel any potential military attack. Can Fida said from Zarghan up to Tal Tamr district all necessary measures are taken by their forces and they are ready to stand up to any potential attack on  the region. ''we won't let history repeat itself, as it was the case in Afrin and Sere Kaniye, we are supported and backed by our local population given to their military formations in the region'', he said.

Regarding the role to be played by the Syrian government forces '' Border Guards'' that are deployed to the border line since 2019 Can Fida noted that ''these forces are inactive and they are unable to repel any military moves, lashing out at these forces or they cannot carry out their duties to defend the region, and to stand up to attacks on the region''. 

Ferhad Can Fida went on to say ''since they were deployed to these areas these forces have never repelled to any attacks by the Turkish occupation forces or their affiliated mercenary groups,  that target the area on daily bases, citing the incident a days ago when a ground attack was carried out on a number of posts in the village of Um Khair to the west of the district, but the Syrian government forces  and instead to repel the attack they evacuated the area, and if our forces had not intervened they village would have been occupied'',
