​​​​​​​KSC: Commander Agîd's gun shot put end to bondage of slavery

 On the 37th anniversary of the martyrdom of the fighter and military leader in the Kurdistan Freedom Movement, the martyr " Agîd", the Coordinator of Kongra Star in northeastern Syria issued a statement to the public opinion saying:

 "The martyr was awarded eternity on March 28, 1986, at the top of Mount  Gabar, and was martyred after making qualitative leaps in the fields of confrontation and put to his comrades the ABCs of dealing with the enemy. He lefy after planting the spirit of altruism and sacrifice in order to achieve the stolen dignity. The bullet of the commander's gun, ended the bondage of slavery and was a springboard to start a revolution in the history of peoples to raise the banners of freedom.

 Today is the anniversary of the martyrdom of Comrade Agîd, we recall with all the feelings of pride the sacrifices of our heroes in the fields of glory and honor, and their immortal heroism in the conscience of our Kurdish people. With their honorable examples of courage and bravery, in sacrifice for their homeland to preserve its gains, and in support of humanitarian causes.

 We are proud of this dear occasion to our hearts and our loyal martyrs who sacrificed their lives to reflect the highest images of sincerity and giving. We remember together their heroism and sacrifice for the sake of the homeland.

 The Kurdish people are receiving  March, the anniversary of the resistance and the heroism that witnessed the martyrdom of the heroic leader Masoum Korkmaz ( Agîd), who was a revolutionary leader, and a platform to be emulated in developing the struggle, raising the level of struggle in the face of denial regimes that are trying by all destructive means to exterminate our Kurdish people and its existence, and to obliterate its cultural identity, and Comrade Ocalan, and through his heroism, became a symbol of heroism in the history of our people, becoming practical example of the thought of leader Ocalan, and lit the fires of revolution in the mountains of Kurdistan.

 And with that sacrificial spirit, he awakened the spirit of resistance within our people.  The revolutionary leader, the martyr  became a symbol of the modern resistance, and the inspirer of the Kurdish revolutionaries in Rojava, and through the spirit of sacrifice and redemption, to become an idea, revolution and philosophy that our Kurdish people and our revolutionary forces (Unit Protection Units) emulate.  People and Women (YPG, YPJ), the sacrifices of the martyrs for the liberation and protection of Rojava and the fight against terrorist groups and dark forces are clear evidence of the continuation of the resistance approach launched by Haval  Agîd.  We have reached this level and we are confident that this courageous spirit of  agîd will be within every Kurd, and this struggle requires adhering to that heroic spirit that comrade gave us.

 We stand in veneration before the sacrifices of our martyrs who have attained in life the highest human attainment. We draw inspiration from them the meanings of sacrifice and redemption, and we derive from their sacrifices determination and pride, and we raise our heads up to the sky.

 We will continue to commemorate our brave martyrs and celebrate their courage and human values ​​every year, and we renew our pledge to honor our leadership in order to protect our people.  We call upon them to abide by the spirit of Maher Jayan and his companions, the martyrs of the brotherhood of peoples in (Qezel Dura) to the spirit of resistance and heroism in the week of heroism that extends from Mazloum Doğan to Masoum Korkmaz.
