In a statement released in the Washukani IDP camp in the city of Hasaka the committee revealed that:

On 22 March a group of mercenaries of the Hamza Brigade of the National Army in line with Newroz Day bulldozed 67 homes in the village of Ain Hisan in western Sere Kaniye/ Ras al-Ain in addition to its farms and orchards turning them to training fields.

The statement made it clear that bulldozing by Turkey and its gangs and destroying most of houses in the village of Ain Hisan and other villages in the countryside of the city is a revenge against the peoples of the region and a coward act and a weakness. The statement added this comes from the Turkish occupation against the peoples of the region  notably the Kurdish people that reject occupation.

The statement denounced the acts and crimes committed by the Turkish occupation forces against the indigenous peoples of the region whose houses and properties are being destroyed to wipe out their identity and history.

The committee called on the international community and all humanitarian and legal associations to take action against the wheel of destruction that is adopted by the Turkish occupation state in the region and to curb its mercenaries and top work out to expel Turkish occupiers and mercenary groups to commence the political process in Syria practically. The committee called on the international fact-finding committee to assume responsibility as well.

The statement laid much stress of the necessity to proceed with the struggle and to reveal the crimes committed by the Turkish occupation forces and its affiliated mercenary groups in the occupied areas and to disclose all destruction of properties of civilians that are turned into military bases and posts''.
