The Syrian Democratic Council is organizing a speech festival on the occasion of the 11th anniversary of the Syrian crisis, under the slogan "The revolution continues until the end of tyranny and the achievement of freedom and dignity", in the hall of the Mohammed Sheikho Center for Culture and Art in Qamishlo, at 11:00 am.  (photos and video attached).
