Ocalan' lawyers review Bursa Prosecution and Imrali Prison Administration

The lawyers of the leader Abdullah Ocalan reviewed the Public Prosecution Office in Bursa and the administration of Imrali Prison in order to meet with him.

On Thursday, the lawyers (Radia Ozturk, Rizan Sarija, Faiq Ozgur Erol and Jengiz Yorkli) visited Bursa Prosecutor's Office and Imrali Prison Directorate in order to meet the leader.

Turkey deliberately leaves lawyers' requests pending without a response, where it imposes strict isolation on the leader in Imrali.

The leader's last contact with the outside world took place on the 25th of last March, during a phone call with his brother, Muhammed Ocalan, that lasted 5 minutes, then the connection cut off.

Last meeting with him was held by his lawyers, Rizan Sarija and Nowruz Uysal, on August7, 2019.

Leader Abdullah Ocalan was arrested on 15 February 1999 in an internationally hatched plot whose first steps were taken he leader left Syria on 9 October 1998 heading to Russian capital Moscow, where he was arrested the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, and handed over to the Turkish authorities.
