 In parallel with the policy of displacement, emptying the region of its original inhabitants and committing crimes that amounted to war crimes and crimes against humanity, which it began four years ago when 72 warplanes targeted Afrin canton, and as a result, dozens of massacres were committed, killing thousands of indigenous people.

 The first week of February 2022 witnessed a series of crimes against the people of Afrin by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries.

 The kidnapping of seven citizens, including two women

 In the first week of February, 7 citizens, including two women, were kidnapped by Turkish intelligence and its mercenaries, in order to demand a ransom, and to intimidate the people to empty the area

 On 1-2-2022, the mercenaries of the military police, formed by Turkey after the occupation, kidnapped the 40-year-old citizen, "Mohamed Hassan Hamrash" from the village of Atmano in Rajo district.

 On February 3, 2022, the Turkish intelligence kidnapped the citizen " Kevit Haydar Mamo" from the village of Iska, in the center of Afrin canton, for the second time.

 On 4-2-2022, the mercenaries of Ahrar al-Sharqiya, who control the village of Katakh in Mobato district, kidnapped the citizen "Asia Ahmed Haider" and took her to an unknown destination.

 On the same day, the mercenaries of the military police kidnapped the 24-year-old young man "Bahjat Ibrahim" from the people of Janders district, where he was kidnapped ten days after his arrival in Afrin from Lebanon, and was taken to an unknown destination without knowing his fate so far.

 On February 7, 2022, military police mercenaries kidnapped Kamal Habib, Adib Sharaf and Ahmed Habib, who are in their forties, from their homes in Shadireh village in Shirawa district.

 On the same day, the 52-year-old citizen of Janders district was kidnapped by mercenaries of the Sham Legion, Mohi Kougar, who was taken to the notorious Iska prison, without knowing his fate until now.

 A citizen was killed as a result of torture in the occupation prisons

 On 2-2-2022, the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation kidnapped the citizen Rizan Khalil from the village of Jagalo in the Shih district and took him to an unknown destination to be released later in exchange for a ransom payment.

 As a result of the severe torture he was subjected to inside a prison in Afrin canton, he received a strong blow to the head, after which his health deteriorated and he died as a result of the blow.

 400 olive trees were cut down, and another 18,000 trees were seized in Bulbul district

 The leader in the mercenaries of the Suqur Al-Shamal Brigade, "Abu Ahmed Al-Hayani", seized 18,000 olive trees, in order to trade in them, as the trees that were cut belong to the forcibly displaced citizen Sobhi Muhammad Muhammad.

 For its part, Al-Hamzat mercenaries cut down 150 perennial olive trees near the shrine of Sheikh Abdul Rahman in the village of Kaani Korek in Janders district.

 The mercenaries of Ahrar al-Sharqiya and Sultan Murad also cut down the perennial olive trees in Shara district and sold them as firewood in the markets, as 90 trees were cut down in the village of Qara Jarna, affiliated to Shara district, owned by a citizen of the village of Matina, and they also cut down 150 trees in the village of Halubiya.  .
