 After it was geographically eliminated in its last strongholds in Baghouz on March 23, 2019, the threat of ISIS mercenaries in the world still exists through its active sleeper cells in Syria and Iraq.

 The danger posed by ISIS is evident in the attacks it carries out in northern and eastern Syria, the most recent of which was the attack on Al-Sina'a prison in Al-Hasakah on the 20th of last January, and the attempt to release thousands of detainees from ISIS mercenaries in prison.

 Despite the knowledge of the danger that ISIS poses to the region and the world at large, the world is still a watching idly regarding the ISIS file, instead of meeting the demands of the Autonomous Administration and the Syrian Democratic Forces to receive each country’s citizens from ISIS and put them to trial, but to no avail.  In the midst of the world's disdain.

 "ISIS is waiting for the first spark to rebuild itself"

 The Vice-President of the Co-Presidency of the Legislative Council in the Euphrates Region, Hussein Al-Sheikh, says, "The danger of ISIS is not underestimated, and it is a danger at the regional and international levels. It still exists, especially in north and east Syria and the whole world.  the world, and the best evidence is what happened in the city of Al-Hasakah.”

 Hussein al-Sheikh continues, saying that "without the existence of the Autonomous Administration and its control of matters in the required manner, ISIS would have been able to revive itself through its sleeper cells again in the region."

 Regarding the position of the people of the region regarding the file of ISIS mercenaries, the sheikh said: "It requires the components of northern and eastern Syria to unite and solidarity in the midst of what is happening. ISIS cells are still present and their danger still exists. They are waiting for the first spark to rebuild themselves again, and everyone should be aware of this matter."  ".

 In addition to the danger posed by captured ISIS mercenaries and its sleeper cells in the region and Al-Hol camp, which contains thousands of ISIS families of all nationalities;  There is a danger of many princes, judges and members of ISIS mercenaries who are now in the ranks of the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation in the areas occupied by the Turkish occupation state in northern Syria.

 Turkey and its mercenaries occupy the areas of Jarablus, Al-Bab, Azaz, Afrin, Serêkaniyê / Ras Al-Ain, Girê Spî / Tal Abyad, and its bases are spread in Idlib, northern Syria.

 Many names that were within the ranks of ISIS mercenaries have been documented now in the ranks of the mercenaries affiliated with the Turkish occupation with different names and banners in the occupied areas, in addition to the appearance of video clips in which the ISIS flag was raised in the city of Serêkaniyê / Ras al-Ain after its occupation by  Turkey in October 2019.

 Hussein al-Sheikh points out that the operations that ISIS operates on take place by order of their leaders, who are planning those operations in the occupied areas.

 He added, "What happened in Al-Sina'a Prison in Ghweran in Hasaka came from the occupied city of Serêkaniyê / Ras al-Ain, and these operations were managed by ISIS leaders in the occupied areas, and they were developing ISIS from time to time."

 Regarding the coordination of operations between the Turkish occupation state and ISIS, the sheikh said, "We saw coordination between ISIS and the Turkish occupation state. When ISIS was attacking the industrial prison in al-Hasakah, Turkey was launching attacks on different areas in north and east Syria in conjunction with the ISIS attack."

 The Vice-President of the Joint Presidency of the Legislative Council in the Euphrates Region, Hussein al-Sheikh, confirmed that the occupied areas contain the princes and leaders of ISIS, and that they are trained and receive all kinds of support in those areas.

 He said, "All of this is clear to the public. They have been planning this attack for a long time in the operations room in Ras al-Ain, and that operation was a pivotal operation. If their operation succeeds, the Autonomous Administration and the Syrian Democratic Forces will be accused of negligence and inability to preserve the captured ISIS mercenaries, knowing  The industrial prison in al-Hasakah is more dangerous than any prison in the world, even from Guantánamo.”

 Hussein al-Sheikh adds: "The occupied areas contain the princes of ISIS, and we saw when Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was killed in an area under the control of Turkey and its mercenaries, in addition to the killing of Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurashi also in the village of Atma in the Idlib governorate occupied by Turkey and its mercenaries in northern Syria."

 On the 3rd of this month, the leader of ISIS, known as Abu Ibrahim Al-Hashimi Al-Qurashi, was killed during an operation carried out by the American commando units in cooperation with the Syrian Democratic Forces in a special operation in the village of Atma in the Syrian province of Idlib, occupied by the Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries.

 In a similar operation, the former leader of ISIS, known as Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, was killed through a raid launched by the United States on October 26, 2019, in Idlib Governorate, northwest Syria.

 "Recognizing the Autonomous Administration is an urgent need to prosecute ISIS"

 Hussein Al-Sheikh stressed the necessity of recognizing the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, saying, "We have demanded and are still calling on all countries to take their nationals from ISIS and try them, or to form international courts here in North and East Syria to try them. Therefore, recognition of the Autonomous Administration is required politically and militarily so that it can try ISIS here to save the people of  region and its management from this burden.”

 He stressed that "the Autonomous Administration must be recognized for its successes at all levels in a short time, and for it is an urgent need to contain crises such as ISIS."
