On seventh anniversary of its founding, AANES confirms that its project is platform for general solution in Syria

The AANES issued a statement on the seventh anniversary of its founding, which stated:

 The deep-rooted crisis in Syria has led to more facts that revealed the truth and nature of many forces and parties that hid under the service of the Syrian people and exploited this to achieve self-interests and the agendas of regional countries that have no positive role in Syria other than destruction and division and obstruction of the Syrian solution and national consensus.  Always ahead."

 The statement stressed, "The AANES project is the qualitative project that emerged in the midst of these storms and the overlap of interests and agendas with the central policy of the regime. This project, which was founded on solid foundations and principles of community partnership, is turning today into the compass of the only solution, amid the accusations and the succession of deficiencies and responsibilities before the Syrians and their future."

 The statement continued, " seven years on since the establishment of the Democratic Autonomous Administration project from Al-Jazira on January 21, 2014, and this project entering its eighth year, it is emphasized by all means that it is inspired by the Syrian need and stems from the necessities of moving towards peaceful democratic change in Syria.  And that despite all the plans for liquidation and the attacks, its permanence and development is a complete confirmation that it represents the path towards a pluralistic, democratic Syria.

 The statement stressed, "We pledge to our people to follow this line and the pluralistic and democratic approach, and call on the components of our people to maintain their unity, as this represents the guarantee towards victory for sure."

 The statement noted that "everyone who ignores this project and tries to thwart it seeks to refute the basic axioms and fixed pillars in achieving democratic change in Syria and general stability.  .

 In conclusion, we, in the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, congratulate all our people in North and East Syria and the entire Syrian people, and we remember on this occasion all the martyrs and the great sacrifices made by our various people and its various components to ensure the success and continuity of this project.  Emphasizing that we will put this project and the gains it achieved in service of a united, democratic Syria, and a way towards the liberation of our occupied areas and the return of our people to them reinforced.”
