​​​​​​​ Institutions that claim to protect children must stand up to crimes of Turkish occupation

 The speech of the co-chair of the religious institution in the Euphrates region, Abdul Rahman, to our agency, came after the recent massacre committed by the army of the Turkish occupation state in the city of Kobani and its countryside, after the artillery shelling last Saturday, in which a citizen was martyred and 12 others were injured, most of them women and children, and the loss of the child Abdo Mustafa Hanifi al-Balgh.  A 4-year-old had one foot in the bombing.

 The co-chair of the religious institution in the Euphrates region, Abdul Rahman Shawkat, said, "If we reconsider the reality of religions, specifically the religion of Islam, which the Turkish occupation state claims to fight under its shadow, we see that it commits the most heinous crimes against this religion before committing massacres against the peoples of the region, as it wastes lives.  Souls are precious and human life is sacred to this Islamic religion, and to all heavenly religions.

 Abd al-Rahman Shawkat pointed out: “ the Qur’an, calls for self-protection, and what the Turkish occupation state is doing of committing massacres against civilians is a shirk to God,” based on this on the Qur’anic text, “and those who do not pray with God another god and do not kill the soul that God has forbidden, kill her only by right."

 Shawkat explained in his speech: “The heavenly laws since the creation of mankind and to this day have not legitimized the violation of souls, especially the Islamic religion, which absolves the killer from the killer and whose motto is the Muslim who delivers Muslims from his hand, and forbids him to cut down any tree or kill a newborn child, and what we see today is that all the victims of a state  The occupation is children and women.

 Abdul Rahman called on the organizations that claim to protect human rights, specifically the institutions that call themselves child protection, to stand up to this fascist state. Today, children are being slaughtered by the army of this state in the regions of northern and eastern Syria.

 The co-chair of the religious institution in the Euphrates region, Abdul Rahman Shawkat concluded his speech by saying: “The Turkish occupation state wears the guise of Islam and deceives the peoples of the region with it.  The Turkish occupation says that it represents the innocent Islamic religion.
