Aisha Hiso: PDK's closure of crossings betrayal to Rojava

Aisha's statement came in the annual conference of the Democratic Union Party, the PYD, in the Sheikh Maqsud Quarter the city of Aleppo.

Aisha Hiso said 2022 is going to be a vital year where many issues will be cleared regionally, globally and on the Syria level as well.

After a minute of silence was observed in deference to martyrs, among many other issues, Aisha touched upon the closure by PDK authorities of the Border Crossings with Rojava; Semalka and Welid border crossings, '' it is a betrayal to the people of Rojava and in conformity with outcomes of the Astan meetings. The Southern Kurdistan government did not deal with the issue of handing over martyrs bodies rather it closed the border crossing of Feishkhabur on the pretext of an attack by Youths''.

Aisah Hiso said when the Turkish occupation state targets civilians and children it substantiates its degradation and weakness, '' the Turkish occupation state retaliates for ISIS that were crushed by Syrian Democratic Forces''.
