Internal Security Forces: most drugs come from areas under Turkish occupation

In an interview carried out by ANHA with Director of the Media Office of the Internal Security Forces of the North and East Syria Abdullah Sa'doun, he confirmed that the forces are on duty as usual, according to available capabilities indicating the missions needs a popular cooperation.

Sa'doun said they are on constant contact with the Communes and Councils with the aim to raise awareness '' reaching partnership between us and the people is suffice to put an end to the spread of this outlawed materials and the imminent cases'', laying stress on the fact  the mission needs cooperation from the community as well''.

Sa'doun went on to say the rate of these drugs were very limited prior to the Turkish occupation of both Sere Kaniye and Gire Spi, noting there has been an increase in the rate due to proximity of the areas under Turkish and mercenary groups''.

Sa'doun said the region is open to systematic wars that are not classical ones, for they target the core of society and to strike at the youths via spreading drugs. Sa'doun made it clear all seized drugs by their forces were coming from areas under Turkish and mercenary groups occupation, we have already remarked in a statement the abortion of a big smuggling operation of drugs coming from areas occupied by Turkey''.
