Prisoners are losing their lives in Turkish state prisons,  Gharib Kazer, Khalil Gunesh, and Abdul Razzaq Soyor are some of the examples.  It would be wrong and misleading if this were to be taken as a natural and a regular occurrence, as well as a prejudice to their revolutionary memory.

 The prisons of any country are a mirror of the state, where the authorities reveal their ugly face.  In today's urkey, more than 10,000 people imprisoned for political reasons and hundreds of thousands for social problems.  Although new prisons are constantly being built, there are not enough prisons to house all the prisoners.  Existing prisons are completely full.  Killers, rapists, and mercenaries are released, but those opposition ones are imprisoned for decades.

 Today, naked fascism is practiced in Turkish prisons.  If one wants to see fascism with his own eyes, he must look at these prisons.  There is no universal law in these prisons and the rules of the state's constitution are applied in a temperamental and qualitative manner.  Abroad, state mafia gangs and security forces are ravaging society, and if they dare to do so abroad, every prison guard exercises the same authority over the prisoners and considers himself an executioner.  There is no law and no rights in prisons, but there are qualitative and temperamental practices by the state.
