According to the committee, work of the expanded committee for drafting the social contract in NES continues on its second day, while discussions will focus on adding and amending the general principles of the contract.

A short while ago, the work of the final meeting of the expanded committee began on its second day, which is being held in Sardam Hall in the city of Hasaka, in the presence of the full members of the expanded committee consisting of 157 members, representatives of the Autonomous Administration of NES and the parties Politics, youth movements, jurists, civil society institutions and community events in the region. Yesterday, Saturday, the work of the meeting, scheduled to last for 3 consecutive days, which came after the formation of the Autonomous Administration on July 15 of this year, a mini-committee, consisting of 30 members, to work on preparing a draft of the contract, during extended sessions with the community of North and East Syria.

Before starting the work of the second day of the meeting, a member of the mini-committee of the Social Contract Committee for Autonomous Administration, Mowaffaq Al-Ahmad, told ANHA that after the meeting focused on the preamble of the social contract on the first day, the discussion of the general principles of the contract will be completed on the second day, indicating the possibility of adding some items and amending them.

Al-Ahmad stressed that the duration of the meeting can be extended based on the opinions, theses, suggestions, and important details presented by the members of the expanded committee.
