Stipulations of the Misak –I Milli that was signed on 28 January 1920 via carrying out attacks on the Syrian cities such as Bab and Jarablus in 2016 and then Afrin in 2018 followed in 2019 by occupying Sere Kaniye and Gire Spi in 2019.

On the issue, Co-chair of the Afrin Judicial Council Sulaiman Ce'fer was interviewed by ANHA.

At the beginning, Ce'fer highly hailed the resistance put up in Afrin against the Turkish occupation army in an area does not exceed 3800 kms against a highly equipped NATO ally and 30, 000 mercenaries trained in the course of the Syrian crisis.

Ce'fer went on to say that policy adopted in Afrin and other occupied areas seeks to revive the Ottoman Empire and to put into action the Misak –I Milli that advocates southern borders of Turkey extend from Mediterranean Sea to Kirkuk covering Aleppo and Mosul. The first step in the pact was the annexation in 1939 of Alexandretta and the setting up of 17 military bases in Southern Kurdistan''.

''With the outbreak of the Syrian crisis Turkey saw an opportunity to put its plans into action, it interfered in Jerablus, Azaz and Afrin'', said Ce'fer.

''In Afrin a mass demographic change was embraced by Turkey in modern Syria where indigenous people were displaced towards Shahba Canton in addition to committing massacres and horrifying local people all based on abduction, robbery, rape and displacement to deport those remaining in their homes'', said Ce'fer who added that ''demographic change does not confide only to inhabitants, rather it affects antiquities and nature. Turkish occupation army destroyed Yazidis Union center, and Zeredesht and Lalish memorials and then the symbol of Kurdish resistance Kawa the Smith and Neroz memorial in addition to many historical sites such as Nebi Huri Site''.

In addition to all these Turkey attached all cultural, service and educational arenas to Turkey, on which every Kurdish symbol was removed from on streets and other places and names of villages and towns changed installing Turkish flag and posting photos of Erdogan on schools and public places.

According To Human Rights Organization-Afrin-Syria, the Azadi Square was renamed Ataturk Square, Newroz Circle into Saladin, National Circle into March 18 Circle, Kawa the Smith into Olive Branch. The village of Qestel Miqdad was renamed Selcuq Obasi and Kutan into Zafer Obasi and Gir Zileh into Ce'fer Obasi.

Ce'fer confirmed the ''policy adopted today in Afrin is the same one that policy adopted by Turkish Occupation Army in Alexandretta decades ago''.

Cef'er added that all policies adop0ted and religious speeches and statements made all discharge into giving a new breath to the Ottoman Empire and to put into action the Misak –i- Milli via terror, murder and displacement of indigenous people''.
