Sama Baghdash: E Council should apply its decisions on Ocalan isolation

On the tight isolation imposed since 1999 on leader Abdullah Ocalan and the decisions passed by the Ministers Commission of the European Council spokesperson for the Democratic Union Party, Sama Baghdash indicated that great powers are do not want the ideas of leader Ocalan be spread in the Middle East for this the isolation goes on. 

Sama Baghdash noted that the aim at the continuation of the isolation on leader Ocalan is to separate Middle Eastern people from Ocalan's ideas and thoughts '' leader Ocalan struggle inside the Imrali Island Prison. He had made the prison into a center for peace, democracy and freedom. The struggle in this discharge thwarted the international plot, if today the Rojava Revolution is a source of hope for all peoples and nations its Leader Apo that established this. The coexistence in Rojava and the democracy prevails perturbs Turkey and conspirators''. She said.  

Due to the ideas and thoughts of leader the Kurdish cause was made an international one, we all ought to adopt the resistance put up in Imrali, and to consolidate the call for the freedom of leader Apo''.

Regarding the tightened isolation Sama said Turkey do no give detainees their rights, Leader Apo is open to very special procedures in the Imrali Island, the latest statement made by lawyers signify that this isolation and disciplinary  punishment have reached unbearable limits. The international community ought to take action against the isolation system in the Imrali Island. 

''the idea and philosophy developed by leader Ocalan based on modernity and democracy is a model for the liberation of all peoples in Mid East, many people see their hope via the Rojava Revolution and many peoples clung its freedom to that of the leader'', Sama said.

Sama indicated that there are many feminist initiatives that call for the freedom and release of leader Abdullah Ocalan, all North eastern Syria and people all over the world take to the street calling for the release of leader Ocala.

Sama added the latest decision that the is no legal mechanism in the Turkish state and the necessity of introducing a change is a positive4 one in principle. 'We lay importance on the decision in the way to be applied as it was in the case of decisions passed by CPT. Undoubtedly, the great resistance put up by our people had an effect on the decision ]t obe passed. The isolation imposed on leader is a one imposed on the whole Kurdish people, this decision substantiates wrongdoing from the part of the Turkish state, and that resistance of people onwards eventually give results''.

Sama Baghdash indicated to the efforts exerted by PYD to lift the isolation imposed on leader'' we will proceed our activities and campaigns to deliver the ideas of leader to all peoples''.

Sama said at the end people ought to say it is time for the freedom and to head to squares. For the isolation to be ended all humanitarian and international organizations should take concrete steps and apply its decisions.
