AANES: Shengal ’s crime is a public service to ISIS

This came during a statement issued by the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, commenting on the recent crime of the Turkish occupation in Sengal, which resulted in the martyrdom of the co-chair of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration in Sengal, and said in the statement:

In a new crime is a continuation of the campaign of extermination against the Yazidis. It is an attempt to re- establish control over Shengal and terrorism against its people, as happened in 2014, in which the massacre of August and the continuation of those massacres took over Turkey's revenge against ISIS against all the forces that have devastated it, including the Shenkal people. This escalation coincides with Turkey's role in striking the security and stability of the region.

As, we AANES offer deepest condolences to the family of the martyr Marwan, Shengal, its people and its autonomous administration, we decry in the strongest terms the atrocities of Turkish occupation, reminding the federal government of Iraq as well as the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, as well as the United Nations and the International Coalition of the need to express their positions on these abuses and put an end to the Turkish aggression and its public support for ISIS and terrorism.

This aggression is a public service for ISIS and all the forces that want to practice genocide against the Yazidis and all peoples in the region, which requires urgent action, especially from the forces that contributed to defeating ISIS, where all the gains made against ISIS today are under threat and the Turkish threat.
