Al-Azzam: Kurdish- Arab collaboration is the best way to end Syrian bleeding

The Kurdish component is considered the oldest component lived in the Mid-east, they have strong relationships with the others components in the region, particularly, the Arab and Kurd who lived with each other for long time. 

Arab politician, member of Presidency Council of the Syria Democratic Council, SDC, Hussein al-Azzam confirmed that Kurdish Arab alliance is very old, it was going through many stages in all whole Syria not only in Jazira region, noting these relationships are limited on the social aspects, such as, good neighbourhood, and the strong relationships were consolidated between them, after entering the region new phase, after announcing the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, AANES,  politically and militarily were mixed with each other, it has become a sense of coexistence , destiny and common purpose.

Hussein Al-Azzam asserted that, following the 19 July Revolution, the alliance between the Kurd and the Arabs came spontaneously: "We did not make an agreement. It came spontaneously out of a sense of a coalition at all levels, as we now see in ANNES."

Hussein Al-Azzam has made it clear that the Kurdish and Arab alliance has achieved a great deal, primarily by enabling stability in the region: "AANES’ foes have bet on and are disappointed that there will be discord between the components of the region.

Hussein Al-Azzam stressed that Arab- Kurdish alliance succeed in establishing AANES in NE, Syria, this administration became the focus of attention, everyone is watching what she has done and is waiting for what she will do as well, many gains had been achieved by ANNES, we see the positive implications that the administration has achieved through its engagement and communication with AANES.  

Al - Azzam asserted that the Kurdish - Arab coalition would stop the Syrian bleeding. "We are working to stop the Syrian bleeding and are open to dialogue with the Damascus Government and the opposition at anytime and anywhere, without preconditions, we want to spread stability in Syria. We want to stop the Syrian blood bleeding. "

Following its establishment on December 8^th, 2015, the SDC, presented a political document in which several principles were adopted, namely, the end of the authoritarian regime, the establishing of a pluralist parliamentary democratic system in a decentralized state in Syria, the fight against blind terrorist groups in reference to ISIS/ Daesh mercenaries and the Turkish occupation, the recognition of Syrian social diversity and the constitutional recognition of the national rights of the Kurdish people, Syriac, Assyrian Chaldean, Aramaic Turkmen, Armenian and Circassian peoples.

Al-Azzam praised the statements made by, co-chair of KCK, Jamil Bayik, to the Al-Nahar Newspaper in connection with the Kurdish-Arab alliance. Jamil Bayik explained: "We believe that the Arab-Kurdish alliance in Syria will launch a new historical era for all Arabs and Kurds. This experiment has been manifested in Syria. It is essential that the Kurdish-Arab coalition be carefully protected and circulated. Both Arabs and Kurds will come out harder than this. It will stop the new Ottoman dreams of the Turkish state. "

Azzam added "We are faced with Turkey's attacks and we must take them seriously, and all components of Syria must join forces against them, because the attacks target Syria in general; With our solidarity, we can stop them,” and Syrian people must be vigilant to confront these attacks.”
