University of Rojava graduates 581 students during a ceremony

The University organized a celebration on the occasion of graduating 581 students from 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021, at Classico Stadium in Qamishlo. Hundreds of students and their families and representatives of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, civil society organizations and military leaders.

The celebrations began with the Co-chair of the University of Rojava, Abdul - Elah al-Mustafa, who congratulated all students and their families and described this day as a historic day. The Mustafa stressed that change may take a long time to reach his goal and that we get used to freedom. "

He confirmed that they would make efforts to make Kurdish academic language, and spoke to the graduates and said: "Let you now at an advanced and high place, and we hope that change and development will begin."

Then the deputy President  of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, Joseph Lahdo, delivered a speech in which he said: "Our enemies used to say that the universities of the Autonomous Administration will never succeed, but thanks to your efforts, persistence and belief in your university, and thanks to the efforts of the administration and education cadres in the universities, and thanks to the sacrifices of the martyrs, we have achieved lots of great successes and achievements.

 Then, spokeswoman for the Rojava University Student Council, Salwa Aboud, said: "Despite the attacks on the region, students of Afrin moved to Qamishlo to complete their studies. Our students resisted the enemy's plans. Today we celebrate this achievement, and we congratulate this day on the families of the martyrs and on the whole of Kurdistan  ".

During the celebration, the Co-chair of the universities of northeastern Syria Rohan Mustafa said: "This is a sacred day for us, after a lot of work and challenges.

Mustafa noted that after graduation, students must work greater seriously.

After the words, 581 students from the University of Rojava, as well as 24 students from Mesopotamia Academy, were announced. And students who announced their graduation today are the following colleges and institutes, Chemistry, biology, history and geography), Administrative and Financial Institute and Engineering Institute.)

The graduation certificates were then delivered to graduates by their representatives and their teachers at the university.
