Aziz Wiese issued orders of Khalifan attack; Roj Peshmerga carried out the order

Aziz Wiese and Dlovan Robari issued the attack orders

According to a source who did not want to be named, orders to carry out the Khalifan attack were issued by the commander of Zirvani's special forces, Aziz Wiese, and the Peshmerga official, Dlovan Robari.

According to the source, PDK forces were ambushed and Peshmerga Roj participated in the ambush.

The source named a number of Peshmerga Roj elements who participated in this attack with PDK forces, namely Shiran Ramadan Sima, Mifan Issa Ibrahim, Ismail Mohamed Saleh and Major Issa.

From its founding by the Kurdistan Democratic Party to the present day, Peshmerga Roj forces have participated in attacks targeting Kurdistan Freedom Forces, rather than countering extermination attacks by Kurdistan occupiers.
