SDF arrest 6 ISIS cells' elements by security operations in Hasakah, Deir-ez-Zor cities

According to the official Syrian Democratic Forces website, the operations were carried out as follows:

On 8 October, special units of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), with the support of the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS, carried out a security operation in the eastern countryside of Deir-ez-Zor, during which they arrested an ISIS cell mercenary involved in cell financing and arms transfers, as well as transporting other items used in the manufacture of IEDs, and he was an active in planning to target military and security points.

On 9 October, units carried out a security operation in the eastern rural town of al-Sha'fa, targeting a cell of ISIS terrorist mercenaries. Four elements of the cell, including a leader, were arrested, and weapons, military and technical equipment and documents were confiscated.

On 12 October, with the support of Global Coalition forces, the units carried out a security operation in the eastern countryside of Hasakah, which targeted an important official for the transfer of funds to the families of ISIS mercenaries inside al-Hol Camp, linked to a number of cells in smuggling operations and moving them out of the camp.

These operations are part of the ongoing joint activity of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and the Global Coalition in various areas of NE, Syria, with the aim of eradicating the cells of ISIS mercenaries, preventing their activity from threatening the safe population and preventing the destabilization of security and stability.
