​​​​​​​HPG carries out qualitative operations against Turkish occupation positions

 The media center of the Peoples' Defense Forces said in a statement carried by Firat News Agency, today, Monday, about the attacks of the Turkish occupation army on the legitimate defense zones, (Medya) in Başûr (Southern Kurdistan) and the operations carried out by Guerilla fighters against the occupation:

 In the framework of the revolutionary campaign of the Zagros Hawks in the Avaşîn region:

 On September 29, at 18:30, our forces attacked the Turkish occupation army in the vicinity of the resistance area in Werxilê, using heavy weapons, and they managed to hit precisely defined targets.

 - On October 3, at 13:00, our forces carried out a qualitative operation against the Turkish occupation army using heavy weapons in the Gara Shahid Munther area in Mam Rasho, and were able to hit the exact targets.

 On October 3 at 7:00 in the morning, our forces targeted the occupation army in Werxilê. On the same date at 18:00 in the evening in Mervanos, our forces attacked the occupation army twice, using heavy weapons in both operations, and they managed to hit the exact targets.

 These operations were carried out by our forces to salute the resistance fighters in Rakhlih, who are fighting with the spirit of resistance that leader Ocalan instilled in them despite the difficult circumstances facing them.

 Resistance and Rkhlih in Avaşîn:

 On the evening of October 3, the Turkish occupation army bombed the resistance area in Warkhlih 4 times with explosives and then tried to advance.  However, our fighters in werxile began to attack the enemy and a fierce battle broke out.  As a result of the resistance, the invaders were unable to advance, and as a result, the resistance square was bombarded with heavy weapons on the morning of October 4th.

 On October 3 at 15:13, the warplanes of the Turkish occupation army bombed the Matina area.  On the same day, between 15:00 and 23:00, Kanî Masê of Amediya district, and the vicinity of the villages of Kistah, Herur and Qal'at al-Qamariyah were shelled by border barriers with artillery and mortars.

 On October 3, at approximately 13:30, warplanes bombed the Shahid Sherfan area in the Zap area. As a result, a fire broke out in the area as a result of the attack, and the fire is still ongoing.

 On October 3, between 23:00 and 00:00, helicopters flew over the areas of Merfanos and Tabora Arban in the Afashin area.  At the same time, the Warkhlieh area was bombarded with helicopters, and in the early hours of this morning the border checkpoints were bombed with artillery and mortars.
