Aleppo-Afrin Martyrs Families Councils condemn Yasin Bulut assassination

Martyrs Families Councils in both Aleppo and Afrin Canton condemned assassination of struggler Yasin Bukut in Sulaimaniye stressing on the need to hold accountable perpetrators.

Martyrs Families Council in Aleppo's Sheikh Maqsud Quarter delivered a statement on the assassination of PKK Martyrs Families Council member Yasin Bukut took place yesterday in the city of Sulaimaniye in Southern Kurdistan.

''the Turkish MIT and agents and traitors such as PDK are killing Kurds. Turkish state and agents targeted our comrade Yasin Bulut on 17 September 2021 in the city of Sulaimaniye in Southern Kurdistan assassinating him barbarously where he was receiving treatment. This was done by the Turkish MIT and support given by Kurdistan Democratic Party.

All these assassinations are carried out as PDK preserves silence. This attack does not target us only rather the whole of Kurdistan. The MIT and the Barzani family adopted a systematic murder against Kurdish politicians''. Unless killers are brought to justice they would carry out more crimes.

In the same relation, a joint statement was made by both Afrin and Shahba Martyrs Families Councils in the Shahba village of Tal Qerah.

''everybody is well aware of the situation and the dirty policies and the barbaric crimes adopted by the tyrannical regimes against Kurdistani communities and the revolutionary movement throughout history more specifically by the fascist Turkish state that do not belong to any human values or norms via perpetrating mass murders against the armless Kurdish people for it just merely defends itself and protects human dignity and keeps social justice and freedom''.

At the course of thousands of years this resistance never receded in the whole of Kurdistan and the region at large. After these regimes failed to find any solutions to current crisis the Turkish colonial terrorist fasci9sm and its mercenaries and traitors such as PDK try to attack by highly advanced weapons against symbols and figures of freedom everywhere. The targeting of struggler revolutionary leader and member to the Kurdistan Workers' Party Martyrs Families Council Yasin Bulut known as Shukri Serhed in the Car Cira Square in the city of Sulaimaniye indicates they are weak and afraid of our determination and patience.

At the end the councils pledged support and solidarity with our just causes against tyranny and fascism calling on all Arab and Muslim peoples to stand up to this fascist terrorist regime.
