In the ISIS onslaught on Kobane in the middle of September 2014, Turkih Prsident Recep Tayyib Erdogan used to make statements that corroborated his support to the mercenary group saying time and again Kobane has fallen'',  but the resistance performed by the Peoples' Protection Units and Women's Protection Units in the support shown by people in Northern Kurdistan all aborted the plot.

With the victory attained in Kobane the Turkish State set off a counter-campaign against all power that supported the Kobane Epic under false allegations.

Lately, it started to put on trial members of the Peoples' Democratic Party that backed the resistance in the face of ISIS that is being seen by politicians in North and East Syria as a revenge against the defeat inflicted on ISIS noting that the case may backfire.

In an interview carried out with Fowza Yusuf member to the Co-chairmanship of the Union Democratic Party, PYD, Fowza laid stress on the necessity of holding Turkey accountable for the support it gave to ISIS.

Fowza noted that the Kobane Case substantiates the Turkish support to the ISIS mercenaries and is a part to the political extermination adopted in Northern Kurdistan,'' by this the close links between ISIS and the Turkish State again, the support given by the HDP to Kobane was based on humanitarian grounds but the Turkish State was hoping Kobane would fail, the Turkish State coverts the victory attained in Kobane. What have the HDP done to be held accountable for? The Turkish State that made all borders porous ought to be tried. Via this misleading Turkey has another means and aims, to incriminate the people and the party that fought ISIS this is abnormal legally and internationally. The Turkish message is fighting ISIS is a crime.

Fowza considered the defeat ''inflicted upon ISIS in Kobane the one against Turkey itself, for the Turkey has contempt, the Turkish State was fighting in Kobane and the push given to the case is continuation to the same aim to which the public opinion ought to be vigilant because it is a very grave case, this corroborates the fascism that rises in Turkey''.

Fowza Yusuf lashed out at the silence preserved by the international community, '' this is a double standard policy, many evidences and documents indicate that ISIS mercenaries crossed into Syrian territories and Turkey opened borders, that was admitted by many mercenaries. Interest govern politics, unfortunately, the AKP and MHP alliance supports ISIS constantly. That has become the main defender of ISIS''.

Fowza says that the international powers and players that supported Kobane resistance and pushed for November 1st as the World Kobane Day as a day of solidarity with Kobane contradict themselves now via the silence preserved by Russia, the U.S. and Europe. '' it was not only the HDP that supported Kobane alone, the international arena at large supported Kobane. The trial of HDP members echoes the trial of the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS. This is an extermination. This is very strange''.

As the HDPrepresents all peoples in Turkey the same thing applies to PYD in North Eastern Syria. The Turkish State antagonizes all parties that adopt democracy and defends the Kurds' rights, this runs against democracy'', she concluded.
