Lawyers: Turkey breaches international laws

Turkish media put into circulation on March 14^th, news on the deterioration of the health of leader Abdullah Ocalan without verifying this news by the Turkish authorities that was dubbed by a number of lawyers in the city of Raqqa as  an arbitrary action.

Ziyad Hrobil says that every detainee has the right to access lawyers properly, and be open to specialized doctors.

Hrobil indicated that the tightened isolation imposed on leader Ocalan by the Turkish authorities and the arbitrary arrest of leader Ocalan that deprives him of all his right as a detainee is an '' authoritarian state policy'', calling on Turkey to reconsider all it's actions and to pay respect to all international laws and norms all guaranteed by the international agreements.

''he has forbidden access to both lawyers and family or see doctors, all in breach of the international laws, Turkey ought to give access by lawyers and doctors to Ocalan to supervise his conditions and to verify all news on this'', he said.

In turn, Abdullah al-Aryan said '' every political or non-political detainee has to be guaranteed basic rights all advocated by the international community and the UN Security Council more notably medication, if this neglected it would be fatal'.

Al-Aryan called on the international community to break the silence preserved and to practise pressure on Turkey to unveil the health condition of leader Ocalan and to bear Turkey accountable.

To this, towns and cities of North Eastern Syria held demonstrations and protests in support to leader Abdullah Ocalan and condemning the Turkish action of isolation imposed on leader Ocalan.
