SDF: our fighters repel to mercenaries on Ain Issa

A statement was released today by the Media Office of the Syrian Democratic Forces, the SDF, to the public opinion on the latest attacks carried out by the mercenary groups affiliated to the Turkish Occupation Forces on Ain Issa areas.

The statement that was released today reads as follows:

'' On March 16th, and 17th, the Ain Issa District was shelled heavily by the mercenary groups, on March 17th a ground offensive was carried out by these mercenaries. At 21:30, the village of Saida was attacked, in repellence by our fighters to the attack, clashes erupted in which 3 mercenaries were killed, in addition to the destruction of a military vehicle, that was followed by an attack on the village of Mi'alagh, in whose clashes an unknown number of mercenaries were both killed and injured.

The two attacks carried out by the mercenary groups resulted in nothing, on which they-mercenaries- retreated back.

After that, the villages of Saida, Mi'alagh, Jadida and the M4 road were, up to the early hours of the day, all shelled intensely by the mercenary groups''.
