SDC: Syrians' Revolution not to stop

“Despite the counter-strength, numerous setbacks and backward from the supreme goals of the revolution due to the poor performance of the opposition, hope remains in the Autonomous Administration that has achieved stability in large areas of Syria, and the Syrian Democratic Forces that eliminated the terrorist organization and efforts The ongoing policy of the SDC's efforts and calling for democratic forces to unite in a unified body.

This came through a statement issued by the SDC, which it said:

The Syrian birth lasted long, undergoing bitter events since the start of the revolutionary movement of organizations and professional unions in late seventies, which the militant Brotherhood’s vanguard militarized, allowing the regime to penetrate the society, turning it to a sectarian conflict that we have not rid of its roots until today. And renewed in the people's uprising in March 2011.

During thirty years the revolutionary call for freedom was growing and went high, so the statements of the intellectuals, the most important of which was the statement of the 99 milestones, and later, the statement of the thousand from the civil society, in which many sects of the Syrian society participated, up to the Damascus Spring to the People's Uprising in Qamishlo and the Kurdish people that was abandoned to face the regime in 2004.

All this was the signs of the Second Spring of 2011, and the march is still going on. Despite the counter-strength, the many setbacks, and the retreat from the higher goals of the revolution due to the poor performance of the opposition, and engagement in the process of international and regional settlements and ploys, hope remains in the Autonomous Administration of the North and East of Syria, which has achieved stability in large areas of Syria, and in the Syrian Democratic Forces that have eliminated the terrorist organization ISIS, backed by the Global Coalition forces, and the ongoing political efforts of the Syrian Democratic Council (SDC) and the current trend, calling for democratic forces to join in a unified body under which all the components of the Syrian people meet to confront the illegitimacy of the regime and its forced elections, and support the continuation of the Syrian people's revolution in order to achieve its glorious goals in freedom and dignity, and in the establishment of a decentralized democratic state that revives the lives of Syrians with all their components, with constitutional recognition that achieves true and full citizenship for all.
