The positions of the politicians came during their participation in the work of the third session of the Kurdish-Kurdish Disputes Forum, Facts and Solutions, organized by the Rojava Center for Strategic Studies NRLS, held in Qamishlo, east of Syria on Saturday, with the participation of more than 150 Kurdish political figures, intellectuals and human rights defenders in the north and east of the country.

In the third session, the Kurdish politician Akram Hesso and the Member of the Executive Committee of the Kongra Star Asia Abdullah, addressed proposals on strategic solutions and future perceptions of the fate of the Kurdish issue, which has become an important topic on the international arena during the last ten years, and reaching common points on the Kurdish national side.

The session began with a speech delivered by the Kurdish politician Akram Hesso, in which he stressed that the current stage, led by the Kurds, will be a bridge "to cross the world to a new stage by approaching peoples' struggle to reach solutions to its issues.”

He said, “All the Kurds must define their stance towards the occupiers of Kurdistan in its four parts, and unify the political vision towards the enemies.”

He added, "There are changes in world politics, the foremost of which is the policy of the United States of America, and the Kurds must act according to these variables, to reach solutions to the Kurdish issue.”

He pointed out that what Syria is witnessing in terms of the formation of political bodies without the presence and representation of the Kurds in resolving the Syrian crisis, will not be able to reach a comprehensive solution, and said: “What the Kurds are witnessing today in Syria and its marginalization within all opposition political bodies is nothing but a continuation of hostile policies to the Kurdish issue; therefore, the Kurds must reunite and impose their participation in any body of the Syrian opposition with the unity of their position.”

Hesso referred to the Kurdish-Kurdish dialogue through the latest initiative, which must witness amendments, to ensure the participation of all Kurdish figures and the remaining Kurdish parties outside the initiative, and said in this context, “It is necessary to establish monitoring committees from Kurdish independents, for all Kurdish parties to participate within this initiative.”

He added, "The two parties in discussion today must form committees to address all other Kurdish parties and participate in the approval of everything related to the Kurds in the country, and the two parties must avoid moving away from partisan interests and relying on the Kurdistan depth.”

For her part, the Member of the Executive Committee at the Kongra Star, Asia Abdullah, said: “There is a need for Kurdish women to have a role in resolving the Kurdish issue through a Kurdish national conference, and women must play their pioneering role in achieving these goals.”

She continued: “In addition to considering the Kurdish-Kurdish fighting as a red line, and any Kurdish fighting that may appear in any way must be curbed, as well as limiting any agreements with the enemies of the Kurds, for partisan interests at the expense of the Kurds.”

She noted that it is necessary to work on building a national institution instead of working according to partisan institutions to define the Kurdish policy towards any position that may be taken, and said, “Any national political body will at the same time be able to protect the Kurdish gains, and through it the Kurds will be able to unify the Kurdish military forces and mobilize them to protect Kurdistan without distinguishing between one region and another.”

She pointed out that the current stage requires the Rojava Kurdistan community to lead a national movement, and she said in this context: “Many great difficulties have been overcome, and we are witnessing a movement in reaching a Kurdish national unity in Rojava, and we must strive to remove the remaining obstacles.”

She added, "There is an opportunity for dialogue and continuation to reach a political agreement in which the two parties are represented to implement joint actions. We in the Kurdish national unity parties are seeking that and we are still continuing, and everyone should think on Kurdish strategic foundations.”

Asia Abdullah stressed the necessity of holding a Kurdish national conference, saying: “It is necessary in the next stage to work on holding a Kurdish national conference to provide a platform for the gathering of all parties. The entire Kurdish community bears this responsibility and they must make a decision to reach this type of conference, building a Kurdish national movement away from partisan and personal interests that do not serve the Kurds and the Kurdish cause.”
