At a time, media invaded everyone's home, the KRG authorities have reservations about opening an office for the Kurdish Ronahi TV, at a time the Kurdish people are close from obtaining their stolen rights, but some intra Kurdish hostilities serve foreign agendas.

Despite submitting a request over 4 months ago, the Başûr authorities (KRG) did not approve to open an office in Başûr.

Muslim, said that "during war against the ISIS the Syrian Democratic Forces have fought in several cities in northeast Syria, we have seen many media outlets on the ground, including those affiliated with the idea of the democratic nation. This indicates that the administration of NE Syria, does not fear media.

"In fact, I was shocked when heard that the KRG prevented Ronahi TV from working, and this is a legitimate right, but that proves that the region authorities are afraid of the media and free word. In the region, many media outlets, even hostile ones to the Kurdish issue like Anadolu Agency, TRT6 channel and other media outlets that do not have any connection to the Kurdish people, work.

Muslim noted that, "This position on the part of the Kurdistan region is viewed angrily by the Kurdish street because it is illegal and as a government entity, I think they must uphold the rule of law."

He added, "Turkey plays key role fighting the Kurdish media, as happened with the Middle East magazine, at first we got the license from the Baghdad government, under the Turkish pressure, they closed the magazine, I think this applies to Ronahi too."

At the end, Muslim appealed to the free media to show support, "the media rivalry is one thing and that a media content itself with witnessing the injustice inflicted on its counterpart is another thing, so all media must support each other and reject the injustice inflicted on the media by some international bodies that reject the free speech heard."
