Under ''APO' Freedom is Peoples', 2 lectures in Qamishlo

In conjunction with approaching the anniversary of the international conspiracy against the leader Abdullah Ocalan, which falls on February 15^th, the Democratic Union Party (PYD) and the Kongra Star organized two lectures in Qamishlo city under the slogan "The Leader APO's Freedom Is People's Freedom."

Dozens of Qamishlo residents and city councilors attended the two lectures.

The first lecture was held in Zana hall in Kornish neighborhood and was given by the journalist Diyar Buhti, while the second lecture was in Arta hall in Qaddour Beik neighborhood, given by the PYD member Roni Serhed.

In the first lecture, the journalist Diyar Buhti explained that the peoples of the Middle East were not satisfied with their situation and were waiting for a leader to get them rid of this situation. At this stage, the dominant powers saw that as long as the leader Abdullah Ocalan is present, they will not be able to implement their plans on the peoples. He said, "Before arresting the leader Abdullah Ocalan, they sought to eliminate the freedom movement via many other methods and methods."

Buhti indicated that the conspiring forces supported the Turkish state in all ways and at various levels in order to eliminate the freedom movement, and continued, "After those forces saw that the people support the thought, philosophy and project of the leader Ocalan, they came to the conclusion that as long as the leader is among the people, they will not be able to stand in the face of his project."

In the second lecture, the Member of the Democratic Union Party, Roni Serhed, explained that the conspiring forces do not want the free Kurds who implement the democratic project, and said: "The first reason is that the thought and philosophy of the leader Ocalan is not only for the sake of Kurds, but for the sake of all peoples and nationalities. Today, this thought frightens a lot of people."

Sarhed explained that what weakens the democratic project is the national view, adding: "We should not say about any component that it does not belong to us because not implementing the democratic nation's project serves our enemies, so we have to develop the democratic nation's thought and free our leader. Ocalan is detained and is not present among us, but his thought and philosophy are always with us."

After the two lectures were given, a short film was shown about the international conspiracy that targeted the leader Abdullah Ocalan.
