Defiant Derik people cling to lands and adopt resistance

After the visit paid to Iraq and Southern Kurdistan by Turkish Defence Minister, Hulusi Akar, Turkish Occupation State set again on threatening the region, specifically Derik and Shengal in a time threats posed to North Eastern Syria continue. 

On the border between Rojava Kurdistan and Basur Kurdistan, Turkish Occupation Forces are on the prowl, that substantiates fears of a probable attack, nevertheless, life goes as usual in Derik as the people confirm clinging to resistance and to protect all gains made in the revolution.

In the Ber Avi area of the Derik Region, from the very dawn if the Revolution, farmers are being targeted by the Turkish Occupation Forces constantly that cost the lives of several civilians.

A citizen form Ain Diwar told ANHA that the region is safe and secure from the onset of the revolution, they are not in need of any other force to protect them, '' the Turkish State alleges that it ushers peace, when looking at Afrin, Gire Spi  and Sere Kaniye, all conduce to the demolition and destruction left by Turkey''.

Co-chair of the Ain Diwar Commune, Aisha Hesen, said that they live on lands inherited from ancestors, and that will not leave their territories, '' we did not attack anybody, but if attacked we would stand up to the occasion, we ought to defend our history and legacy''.  

Worth to note that two days ago, a joint patrol was carried out by the SDF and the U.S. forces in the area in question, followed in the next day by hovering by the Russian helicopters.
