He described the Syrian crisis as a "complex crisis that the regime's interventions have turned into a military crisis, leaving multiple agendas that serve the interests of foreign countries."

As for the Russian silence, al-Rajab indicated that "there has been cooperation with the Turks since the beginning of the conflict in Aleppo when Turkey ordered its factions to withdraw and hand over eastern Aleppo to the Russians within common agreements and interests between them, after which it continued to hand over the northern countryside of Aleppo known as the M4 road and Idlib countryside."

He stressed that these relations "increased after Turkey shot down a Russian plane in northern Syria, at that time Turkey began to obey and submit to the de facto, and that reinforced Arab pressure rejecting the implementation of the Muslim Brotherhood project in northern Syria, as these events led to the concealment of the Turkish-Russian understanding and coordination behind the scenes until it finally appeared in Karabakh region."

Our primary dependence is on our people, our military forces and the importance of our democratic project

Al-Rajab criticized the policy of the U.S. President Donald Trump's outgoing administration, "the blurring of vision and the confusion of policy during the Trump administration gave a green light to Turkey to occupy areas in north and east Syria and to go further in the region," adding: "Currently, there is a real trend towards reformulating the American policy in the region, according to what U.S.  senior officials said.

However, al-Rajab stressed that "despite all these facts, the peoples of the region, the political administration and the military leadership do not count on anyone's position or anyone's policy, our primary dependence is on our people, our military forces and the importance of our democratic project."

The party's role and relations in the region and the world

Al-Rajab expressed the party’s belief that "dialogue is the primary and only way for a solution, we are open to the opposition forces, and several important agreements were concluded with the People's Will Party in Russia. We, as a party in north and east Syria, welcome any agreements and discussions with all opposition parties in order to reach a unified common national vision."

Relationships are very positive with all Arab countries

Regarding the party’s foreign relations, al-Rajab stated: "The party's relations are increasing in Europe through workshops, especially cooperation with Germany and international organizations, headed by the Eurasia Organization."

On the Arab level, al-Rajab indicated that "relations are very positive with all Arab countries, especially with the Gulf countries, and there are some joint political activities with them." He recalled again that the party is always ready for dialogue and discussions with all parties in the region and around the world in order to achieve co-existence and peoples' fraternity."

Current and future works of the party

Al-Rajab explained that the party has begun since a year to intensify its political and social activities: "We wanted our role not to be limited to politics only, and we carried out activities and meetings aimed at restoring the cultural and societal structure with an advanced reality for the better."

He added: "There are some workshops that we supported, and communication with civil society organizations regarding women because we believe that they are the main and important element in society, and there is also coordination and work with organizations in order to serve the region in general."

Al-Rajab continued: "Currently, we are working on restructuring the building of the districts and activating them in the future, as we have finished work in the western side, and now we are working in the center area, then we will move to work in the eastern side to complete the formation of all committees."

The party aims to be very close to all segments of society

In the conclusion of his speech, al-Rajab stressed that "the party aims to spread its centers in the countryside of Deir ez-Zor in order to be very close to all groups of society with its various types, and to work to spread awareness, cultural and civilizational thought that promotes us all and guarantees a decent life."
