Turkish occupation withdraws from 3 new military "de-escalation" points

The Turkish occupation army continues to withdraw from the so-called observation points, as three new points that were besieged by the Damascus government forces were evacuated.

According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the Turkish occupation army evacuated the Surman base in the eastern countryside of Idlib, the Khan Tuman base in the southern countryside of Aleppo, and Al-Rashideen base in the western countryside of Aleppo.

According to the observatory, it will redeploy in Jabal Al-Zawiya areas in the southern countryside of Idlib.

Yesterday evening, trucks loaded with military and logistical equipment set out from the Turkish occupation point in Al-Rashideen, at the outskirts of the city of Aleppo, towards the Al-Atareb area in the western countryside of the city; more than 10 days after dismantling its equipment to evacuate the observation point similar to its predecessors located within control of the Damascus government forces.

The evacuation of the points comes after signing an agreement with the Russian side, which provides for the withdrawal of the occupation from the points besieged by the Damascus government forces.

In the middle of last October, the Turkish occupation army evacuated the Murak point in the northern Hama countryside; in parallel, it began dismantling equipment at the 11th observation post in the village of Sher Maghar in Jabal Shashabo, northwest of Hama governorate, while it is still there to this day.

The Turkish occupation army continued to withdraw from several points in the western countryside of Aleppo, located between Sheikh Aqil and Qubtan al-Jabal, and moved them towards the Atarib area in the western countryside of Aleppo.

At the beginning and end of November, columns of the Turkish occupation army withdrew from the "Maarhatt" point, which is under the control of the Damascus government in the Idlib countryside, on the Damascus-Aleppo International Road, to the Taftanaz military airport, which the Turkish occupation uses as its military base, and evacuated another point in Al-Sinaa neighborhood, east of the city of Saraqib, where the Turkish occupation vehicles were seen withdrawing towards the vicinity of Al-Ruwaiha village in Jabal Al-Zawiya, south of Idlib.
