​​​​​​​Elham Ahmed: The Follow-up Committee puts of implementing plan

The head of the Executive Committee of the Syrian Democratic Council, Ilham Ahmed, spoke to ANHA agency about the plan and the work mechanism of the committee to follow up the decisions and outputs of the "National Conference for the People Al-Jazeera and the Euphrates", which was held on the 25th of last November.

AA is primarily responsible for implementing decisions

Elham Ahmed said, "The follow-up committee held its first meeting and drew up an implementation plan," and confirmed that the Autonomous Administration will be primarily responsible for implementing these decisions.

The “Follow-up Committee” emanating from the conference held its first meeting on the 30th of last November, and during this meeting three committees were formed to supervise the work of the Autonomous Administration committees and bodies.

Elham Ahmed added: "The Autonomous Administration will study those decisions issued by the conference, with all their details and needs, and will propose alternatives, and then their implementation will begin."

Decisions will be implemented according to the time needed for each decision

At the end of her statement, Elham Ahmed pointed out that there are decisions that can be implemented in a short period, such as decisions related to the security forces, customs and others, and there are decisions that require a longer time, such as elections, their preparation and the restructuring process.

It is noteworthy that the Syrian Democratic Council SDC held, on the 25th of last November, the "National Conference for the People of Al-Jazeera and the Euphrates", with the presence of more than 300 personalities from various Syrian regions, following the holding of 13 seminars in various regions of northern and eastern Syria to get acquainted with the views of political parties and residents about AA and what the region needs.
