Policies being adopted by Kurdistan Democratic Party, the PDK, have been undergoing constant condemnation in the Kurdish public opinion due to engagement by the party to the Turkish Occupation State, and giving way to occupy parts of Kurdistan, as was done in the Haftanine Region, ( Legitimate Defence Right), and the agreement concluded with Federal Government of Iraq against the will of the Yazidi people in Şengal.

In this relation, Brivan Sido said '' Kurdistan Democratic Party, still clings to it's hostile policies to the Kurdish people, by supporting the Turkish aggression on the Haftanine Region where the occupiers were aided by the party by means of mobilization of it's forces into the area and easing mobility of the occupation and hindering the Guerrilla Forces on the mountains''.

Berivan continued as saying '' Kurdistan Democratic Party hurried to the signing of the October 9th, 2020, Şengal Agreement with the Iraqi Federal Government to interfere in Şengal and put an end to the will and resistance of the people there'', stressing that '' such a policy never servers the Kurds''.

From his part, Mohamed Ibish called on the Kurdistan Democratic Party to return to the right path''.

Fulah Shakiro, a Yazidi, recalled the tragedy caused by Kurdistan Democratic Party, the PDK, to the people of Şengal, and the October 9th, 2020, Şengal Agreement saying that it was the Kurdistan Democratic Party that handed over Şengal to the ISIS mercenaries, and by signing the agreement it endeavours to undermine gains made by the Yazidi people, but the agreement would never see light due to the resistance performed by Yazidis.
