The Slovenian government declared Hezbollah a "terrorist organization" with its political and military wings, and said in a statement: "It will deal from now on with the Hezbollah group as a criminal and terrorist organization that poses a threat to peace and security."

The statement pointed out that "Hezbollah's activities have become intertwined with organized crime and terrorist and paramilitary activities on a global scale."

Earlier, Monday, the US State Department praised Latvia's decision to consider Hezbollah a "terrorist organization," and the ministry clarified that "the successive decisions of countries in Europe, Latin America and other countries to classify Hezbollah as a terrorist group sends strong messages to that organization and its supporters in Iran that there is a new day has come. "

And added, "On this new day, Hezbollah agents will no longer be able to operate on European soil, and the European Union will follow the line of a number of European governments by filling the gaps that opened by the wrong distinction between the so-called military wing and the political wing."

It is worth noting that 16 European and Latin American countries have so far declared that they consider Hezbollah with its wings a "terrorist organization", and the most important of these countries are: "Germany, Britain, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Estonia, Guatemala, Honduras, Argentina and Colombia."
